Call the carrier (FedEx, etc.) and ask for customer support (a real human). Explain your concern about the shipment and ask for the carrier to be your customs broker.

- They will then send you forms to your email and after you fill out the first two (there are four but two are for businesses), they will then process the form which takes about a day.
- Then call back and ask if the forms have been processed.
- Pay your duties and taxes. After payment, your order will proceed through customs.
