We require a 30-day minimum trial period to give the treatment a fair chance. If you wish to return your product, please contact customer care at [email protected] to obtain an RMA return label. 

We provide discounted return shipping labels for a flat rate of $6.95. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
