General Troubleshooting (For CTD only)Updated 2 hours ago

Let’s First Troubleshoot the Device Above the Knee

  1. Clean the treatment area.
Make sure the skin is free of lotions, oils, sweat, or moisturizer.
  2. Confirm the device is fully connected to the electrode gel pad.
For testing, you may try a new electrode pad.
  3. Turn on both the device and the remote.
A small connection symbol will appear on the right side of the remote screen once they’re paired.

  4. Sit down and apply the electrode pad/device 1–3 inches above the knee.
Ensure it is fully adhered to the skin.

  5. Increase the intensity using the remote.
You should begin to feel a sensation as you gradually increase the intensity.

  6. Observe the stimulation pattern.
The device will contract the muscles for 4 seconds and relax for 10 seconds.

If You’re Not Feeling Stimulation

  • Switch to another electrode pad.

  • Increase the intensity manually on the device using the + button on the right side while it is placed above the knee.

If the Remote Resets to “00” When Increasing Intensity

  • Switch to a new electrode pad.

  • Ensure the pad is fully adhered to the skin.

  • Try increasing intensity again.
