Please ensure the device is charged and fully attached to the electrode pad.

Erratic or sharp pulses are due to the electrode making inadequate contact with the skin.

Ensure the electrode pad has been properly maintained and is in good condition. The electrode should be clean and free of any debris, hair, lint, etc.

Switch to a new electrode and ensure the electrode pad fully adheres to the skin. This may require you to adjust the position of the electrode and limit movement during the session.
