Device or Remote Won't ChargeUpdated a year ago

*First please see the How to Charge Instructions Above*

Step 1.  Disconnect and reconnect the charging cable in the device/remote and plug it back in your power source.

Step 2. If it does not work, switch to another charge port/wall plug.

Step 3. Try switching each side of the double-ended charging cable.

Example:

If the device doesn't charge but the remote does, make sure it’s not one side of the double-ended cable that is not working by switching the device/remote to the other side.

If the light on the device does not turn blue, however, you are able to continue charging it and using it without functionality issues, please contact us.
