Troubleshooting Charging Issues
Please refer to the “How to Charge” instructions above before beginning.
Step 1:
Disconnect and reconnect the charging cable to both the device and the remote, then plug it back into your power source.
Step 2:
If the device or remote still does not charge, try a different USB port or wall adapter.
Step 3:
Try switching sides of the double-ended charging cable.
One side may not be functioning properly.
Example:
If the remote charges but the device does not, switch them so the device is connected to the other side of the dual cable. This helps determine if only one side of the cable is faulty.
If the Device Light Does Not Turn Blue
If the charging light does not turn blue but the device is still charging and functioning without issues, please contact us so we can assist further or provide a replacement if needed.
