Device & Remote Won't ConnectUpdated a year ago

*First, please ensure both the device and remote are turned on. Then see our How To Connect The Device & Remote section above.

NOTE: If you are having difficulty connecting, please try inverse powering by first turning on the remote and then powering on the device second.

Once you have verified the remote and device are on, please attach the device to an electrode pad if you have not already done so.

Adhere the electrode to your leg about 3 inches above your knee.

Begin increasing Intensity on the remote to level 15 or until you begin feeling the stimulation.

If the remote will not increase from the 00 intensity level, please try increasing the intensity manually on the device.
