If you purchased a physical product subscription or OnDemand membership, follow these steps to cancel:

1. Visit our subscription portal here and enter your email used during your purchase.

2. Visit your email account (Checking Inbox & spam folders), click the link inside the email to immediately access your subscription portal.

3. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’.
