Conductivity / Intensity ConcernUpdated 31 minutes ago

Here are some things we can do to help resolve conductivity or intensity concerns:

  • When seated, the arch floats so there’s less contact. Standing flattens the arch so more soft, non-callused areas touch the pads and the stimulation feels stronger.
  • Thick calluses act like insulation. A light pumice or shave can greatly improve conductivity.
  • If soles are dry, try a session right after a shower, or lightly dampen with water and towel-dry so they’re just barely moist.

Additional tips:

  • Hard floor is best, both feet fully on the pads
  • Avoid lifting or shifting feet, since any contact loss resets intensity to 0
  • Ramp slowly; many users feel it strongly around 15–20 even though it goes to 30
  • The printed foot graphic is a guide only. The entire pad surface conducts, so they do not need to line up with the drawing.
